Cut Pile Carpet

·        This carpet is similar to carpet in most domestic vehicles since 1974.

·        Nylon cut pile is 100% Dupont yarn.

·        This carpet contains 14 oz. of yarn per square yard.

·        Dyed using the finest dyes available and tested for ozone, humidity, fading and light fastness.

·        Carpet is very dense and has unmatched resistance to wear.

·        Color matched bindings for the perfect finishing touch.

·        Heavy jute padding is attached to the back of the carpet on all of the floor pan areas reducing road noise and adding extra heat insulation.

·        Heel pads are added in the correct place if on your original carpet.

·        Color matched vinyl binding on the exposed edges of the carpet provides clean edges.

·        Holes will need to be cut as needed when you install this carpet.

·        Mass backing can be added to increase sound deadening and extra insulation.

·        Molded carpets reduce installation time – they can be installed in one afternoon using basic tools.

**Mass Backing Option

All custom molded carpets are priced with the Poly Back carpeting.  It is the most common option for replacement carpet.  We offer an upgrade for most late model vehicles called Mass Backing.  This is a dense rubber backing that helps reduce heat and noise within your vehicle.  This backing more closely duplicates the original factory materials for late model vehicles.  The jute padding will be included with the carpet and depending on the vehicle it may or may not be attached to the bottom of the carpet made with Mass Backing.
