Features:

·        All inner boards have edges that have been beveled and routed to insure the binding is firmly nested against the edges of the visor. 

·        Most are made with the Clay Coated Chipboard which is better than original.  It is moisture resistant and won’t warp.  This particular Chipboard allows the binding to be sewn straight without a problem.

·        All metal channels are galvanized steel and rust resistant.  They are attached to the board using a pneumatic rivet machine to ensure strength and long life. 

·        All rivets are steel metal piercing and have a rust-resistant zinc finish. 

·        All visor pins are heavy duty steel, zinc plated and securely welded in the correct position.

·        All materials are laminated to each other to prevent separation.

·        Brackets are not included but are available for some models.
